6.7.2 Entering Virtual Flash Emulation Mode
To enter Virtual Flash Emulation Mode, set the Flash Control Register 1 (FCNT1) FEMMOD bit to
1. After entering Virtual Flash Emulation Mode, set the Virtual Flash Bank Register MODEN bit to 1
to enable the Virtual Flash Emulation Function.
In Virtual Flash Emulation Mode also, the internal RAM area (H'0080 4000 through H'0080 DFFF
for the M32170F6, or H'8080 4000 through H'0080 BFFF for the M32170F4 and M32170F3) can be
accessed as internal RAM.
