Error occurred while sending to [Other device name]. Check the
study status of [Other device name].
Failed to prepare the target study for moving . Check the target
study status . Studies in the following statuses cannot be moved .
• The target study has been deleted and does not exist
• The target study is in progress
• The target study has been reserved for moving or is currently
being moved .
Error occurred while sending to [Other device name]. There is
no matching study . Check the study inforamtion .
The target study has been deleted or has already been moved .
Check the target study status .
Error occurred while the image was been copied . Contact Konica Minolta technical representatives .
Error updating patient DB . This is displayed when updating of the patient information has
failed after modifying the patient information .
Exam.Tag copy process error occured. Contact Konica Minolta technical representatives .
Exam tag other than stitching are contained in the source im -
ages .
Displayed when images with body part Exam. Tags not to be
stitched are included with the body part Exam. Tags to be com -
bined. Select the body part Exam. Tags to be stitched.
Exam tag selection limit is exceeded. Set the number of Exam. Tags within range.
Exchanging … Image replacement in progress . Wait the processes end .

number of exposure.
Displayed when the number of images detected by the AeroDR
Stitching System is less than the number of Exam. Tag. Confirm
the image count and performed the exposure.
Exposure results applied for more than one order. This is displayed when an exposure result is applied to multiple
images that were exposed.
Exposure sync setting error. Check the network connection. Displayed when unable to set exposure synchronization mode.
Check the connection to the x-ray device, and set it again.
Failed save CSV Output . The CSV file may be corrupted.
Run the CSV output again .
Failed to complete study . This is displayed when completion of the study has failed .
Failed to connect . This is displayed when the connection cannot be confirmed as
a result of the ping diagnosis .
Press [Close] to close the screen and then check the network
connection .
Failed to create stitching image . Displayed when updating combination stitched images fails .
Restart the device, and perform the image combination again .
Failed to delete AeroDR panel . Unable to delete DR Detector correction data that is registered
to an exposure room.
On the system monitor screen for the exposure room registered
with the corresponding DR Detector, clear the DR Detector
registration and perform the deletion procedure again .
Failed to get AeroDR panel information . Check the communications status with the corresponding DR
Detector .
Failed to get Stitching Unit . Confirm the status of the communications with the AeroDR
Stitching Unit .
Failed to get XG BOX . Check the status of the connection with the corresponding Gen-
erator Interface Unit .
Failed to obtain the Exam.Tag. This is displayed when the obtaining of the exposure condition
has failed .
