Hull Unit Configuration page
The hull unit is used to lower the transducer down below the ship’s hull when the ST90
system shall be used. When the ST90 system is turned off, the transducer is hoisted for
protection. Use
Hull Unit Configuration
to specify the type of hull unit your ST90 system
is using.
Prerequisites
The
Installation
dialog box is not
available when your ST90 system is set
to
Replay
mode.
How to open
This page is located in the
Installation
dialog box. To open, select it on the
Setup
menu.
Description
The ST90 system can be provided with different hull units. The main difference between
these hull units is the length of the transducer shaft, and thus also the physical height of the
entire hull unit assembly. The same transducer is used on all hull unit types.
Select which type of hull unit that has been installed. You only need to do this once.
Note
The choice you make is vital for all operation. An accidental change to the setting may
cause damage to your ST90 system.
