3. When available, OCR will be performed to provide a capability to search
for specific text in output files. Select the OCR language that your scanned
documents will contain, for the most accurate character recognition. If you
have a mixed document set that may contain multiple languages you may
select one or more secondary languages.
4. A custom dictionary may be used to improve the accuracy of recognizing
unique or unusual words that appear in your document set. Click
Browse
to select a custom dictionary. See Appendix E,
Using Custom Dictionaries
for more information.
5. When grouping by multi-page, select either
All
or
Images
as a way to
select specific images to be included in the output file.

If you select
All
, all images in the Page, Document and Batch group
selected will be in the output file.

If you select
Images
, only the specified images in the Page, Document
or Batch group selected will be in the output file. For example, if you
selected
Multi-Page
, group by
Document
and specify an Output
Range of 1, 10, then only the first and tenth image in each document
will be in the output file. If a document contains less than 10 images,
only the first image will appear in the output file.
6. When finished, click
OK

Selecting JPEG or JEPG2000 as your file format (if your output type is
Color/Grayscale):

as your file format to process your output, the
JPEG2000 Setup dialog box will be displayed.
