STATus Subsystem
The
STATus
command subsystem enables you to examine the status of the 8990B
by monitoring the following status registers:
– Device status register
– Operation status register
– Questionable status register
The contents of these and other registers in the 8990B are determined by one or
more status registers.
The following table summarizes the effects of various commands and events on
the status registers:
