Overview

The

MEASure

command subsystem allows you to measure the available waveform

parameters of the 8990B and retrieve the measurement results.
The channel numbers in the following command list refer to:
– RF channels (for channels 1 and 4), or
– oscilloscope channels (for channels 2 and 3).
