STATus:QUEStionable:CALibration
The questionable status calibration summary register contains bits which give an
indication of the quality of data produced by the 8990B due to its calibration
status.
The following bits in the register are used by the 8990B:
Bit 1 is set when error –231,“Data questionable;Calibration error in channel 1”
occurs. It is cleared when this error condition succeeds and no errors are placed
on the error queue.
Bit 4 is set when error –231,“Data questionable;Calibration error in channel 4”
occurs. It is cleared when this error condition succeeds and no errors are placed
on the error queue.
