Keysight 8990B Programming Guide

Remark

– If you set a pulse duration level value which exceeds its minimum or maximum

limit, the value will be clipped to its minimum or maximum value respectively.

Error –222,“Data out of range;Value clipped to minimum (#)” or –222,“Data out

of range;Value clipped to maximum (#)” will occur.

– The pulse duration must not be the same or lower than the

REFlevel1

value

and it must not be the same or higher than the

REFlevel2

value.

Reset condition

On reset, the pulse duration level is set to 50%.

Query

MEASure:THReshold:PDURation? CHAN{1|2|3|4}

This query returns the current setting of the pulse duration level for the specified

channel. The response format is

<NRf>
