Verify that the most recent eXFlash DIMM firmware and eXFlash IPMI Proxy Service are installed.
2.
Reinstall your eXFlash IPMI Proxy Service.
3.
Perform a full AC power cycle on the system.
4.
If the node has recently been installed, moved, serviced, or upgraded, verify that the eXFlash DIMM is properly
seated and visually verify that there is no foreign material in any DIMM connector on that memory channel. If
either of these conditions is found, correct and retry with the same eXFlash DIMM. (Note: Event Log may contain
a recent 00580A4 event denoting detected change in DIMM population that could be related to this problem.)
5.
Check IBM support site for an applicable service bulletin or firmware update that applies to this eXFlash error.
6.
If problem persists and there are no other eXFLash DIMMs with the same indication, confirm that the eXFlash
DIMM is under warranty before replacement.
7.
Replace compute book.
8.
(Trained Service technician only) Replace affected Processor.
