When the maintenance work has been completed, the person responsible for this, such as the lab
manager, must be satisfied that the work has been completed, that the Autosampler III is back in
service, that the protective devices have been installed and that there are no persons within the range
of the Autosampler III protections. Only when the maintenance work meets the above demands, can
the service receipt be signed.
•
When the maintenance work is complete, only a qualified person may put the Autosampler III back
into operation.
•
Make sure that the service technician does not leave the location without a signed service receipt.
11.2. Maintenance instructions electrical components
The Autosampler III has several electrical parts that require periodic maintenance and need to be checked
regularly for optimal use. This part of the manual explains this in detail.

For all photocells, the visor and associated reflector must be cleaned regularly. Clean the visor and its
reflector only with a dry, lint-free cloth.
11.2.2. Cables
The various cabling must be checked regularly for damage and cable breaks.
11.2.3. Switch cabinets
All switch cabinets should in principle remain closed and therefore dust and moisture-free.
