Press "Start" to start the method on the Autosampler III.

Fill in the PO number and the number of boxes to run. Make sure the boxes numbers are in the ATP
file, otherwise the boxes cannot be processed.

After the manual PO is finished, the last processed box will automatically move out and the plate will
continue automatically.
After processing every plate, the software creates an export file at the set location with data tracking the
boxes with samples pipetted in the plate.
