7. Daily validation procedure
This chapter explains how to perform the daily
validation procedure.
7.1. Autosampler III checks prior to starting
daily validation
Prior to starting the daily validation of the Autosampler
III please follow the following checklist:
•
Autosampler III and compressor start-up are
performed according to the SOP
(Chapter 6.1 and 6.2).
•
At least one plate is loaded into the destacker.
•
The Autosampler III is initialized according to
the SOP (Chapter 6.3).
•
The Autosampler III is primed according to the SOP (Chapter 6.5).
•
Set up the correct shaker time and speed in the HMI settings (Chapter 10.10).
•
A box containing 4 uncapped PBF200 bottles is prepared. The bottles should be placed
in the first row of the box.
7.2. Starting the daily validation
In order to start the daily validation of the Autosampler III,
please follow the steps listed below carefully.
Step 1: Load the box onto the box input
Load the box for the daily validation run into the
Autosampler III. The box should contain 4 uncapped
PBF200 bottles, placed in the first row of the box.
Step 2: Run "01-DailyValidation
"
method
From the HMI screen, select the "01-DailyValidation" method
and press "Start".
Step 3: Remove plate from output
If the daily validation run is finished, the sampled plate can be removed
from the plate output and is ready for analysis.
The daily validation method uses fixed positions for sampling. Make sure
the 4 samples are uncapped and correctly placed in the first row of the box
to prevent the Autosampler III from failures.
