12.2.2. Logout

Press "Logout" to logout of the Autosampler III.
Now all controls will be disabled again, and it will no longer be possible to control the Autosampler III using
the different buttons.

Using this visualization, all the different actuators can be controlled.

Using this tab, the different sensors can be
checked. Also, the emergency, door locks and
status lights can be controlled.

12.4.1 Safety
The following is a table of the different safety sensors and
their explanation.
Sensor
Explanation
Emergency
The emergency circuit sensor. If one of the "Emergency" buttons is pressed, this
will be deactivated.
Door locks
The door locks circuit sensor. If the doors are opened, this will be deactivated.
Shaker overload
Enables shaker.
CMMT Master Overload
Enables Z-axis master.
CMMT Slave Overload
Enables Z-axis slave.
Stepper A Ready
Enables Conveyor belt boxes.
Stepper B Ready
Enables lift destacker.
Stepper C Ready
Enables input pusher.
Stepper D Ready
Enables snare belt on shaker.
Reset Emergency
This control is used to reset the emergency circuit after an "Emergency" button was pressed.
Door Locks
This control is used to lock or unlock the doors depending on which state is set below the button.
Warning: Be extra careful to keep the door locks in sync when using this control.
