10.7. Alarm manager overview
In the alarm overview, a table with all alarms is displayed. Displayed here are which alarms occurred and from
where they originated. In order to start a method on the Autosampler III, all alarms need to be acknowledged.
The acknowledging of an alarm should only occur when the alarm has been investigated and resolved to
ensure that no damage will be done to any personnel or to the Autosampler III. Acknowledged alarms can be
deleted to keep the overview clean.
The following is logged for each alarm:
•
Time of occurrence
•
Time of acknowledgement
•
Time of deletion
There are three types of alarms:
•
Warning, Stack light will become orange. System keeps running.
•
Non-fatal error, Stack light will become red, System will be paused automatically.
•
Fatal, Stack light will blink red, System will be stopped automatically.
10.8. Status overview
The status overview can be used to get more insight in the Autosampler III. The log will contain diagnostics
data that can be used to follow what the Autosampler III is doing. This can provide additional information for
nwhen the Autosampler III is not behaving as expected.
