Close the access door on the Autosampler III infeed cover.

Autosampler III infeed access door

On the interface, press "Lock Doors". If the Autosampler III is locking, a clicking sound is heard from

the locking pins. Autosampler III will be energized, air will flow in and moving parts will be turned on.

•

The Autosampler III is now ready to be initialized and the status light should be blue.
