12.10.1. Box handling
Using this tab, the box handling routine can be run
directly. This routine is used to input and output
boxes from the Autosampler III.
Init Box Input - Initializes the correct parts of the
Autosampler III for handling boxes.
Reset Init - Resets the homing of the parts used for
handling boxes.
Get Box - Gets a box from the input and places it
under the camera.
Move Box Out - Outputs a box from the Autosampler III.
Status

Yellow - Warning during routine
•
Green - Successful run of routine
•
Red - Error during routine
12.10.2. Shaker
Using this tab, the shaker routine can be run directly.
This routine is used to clamp plates onto the shaker
or release them.
Init Shaker - Initializes the correct parts on the
Autosampler III for handling plates on the shaker.
Reset Init - Resets the homing of the parts used for
handling plates on the shaker.
Status

Green - Successful run of routine
•
Red - Error during routine
12.10.3. Plate input
Using this tab, the plate input routine can be run
directly. This routine is used for inputting plates on
the Autosampler III from the destacker.
Init Plate Input - Initializes the correct parts on the
Autosampler III for handling plates in the destacker
onto the Autosampler III.
Reset Init - Resets the homing of the parts used for
handling plates in the destacker.
Destack Plate - Destacks a plate onto the Autosampler III.
Scan BC - Scans the barcode of the plate and shows it in the corresponding field.
Load Plates - Moves the destacker lift upward so plates can be loaded into the destacker.
Resume - Can be pressed after loading the plates, so that the destacker lift moves back down.
