6.7. Pre-Run
Before the Autosampler III can run day to day operations there is an additional pre-run step to perform. During
this step, the ATP file is loaded from the LIMS system and made available for the Autosampler III. The ATP
file is used to let the Autosampler III know which boxes should be run and information from the ATP is used
to create the export file for the Innovate. Because a file is used, there is no dependency on the LIMS system
during a run.

To perform the pre-run step, press the "Pre-Run" button in the control interface.

6.8. Lock/Unlock doors
The Autosampler III is equipped with three automatically locking doors. This section describes how these
doors can be locked and unlocked using the HMI.
Step 1: Press "Lock/Unlock Doors" button on HMI
On start-up, the Autosampler III checks if the doors are locked or opened. If the doors are locked the "Unlock
Doors" button will be displayed and when the doors are unlocked, the "Lock Doors" button is displayed.
If the doors are unlocked, the "Prime", "Flush" and "Start" buttons are disabled.
Step 2: Wait for the doors to Lock/Unlock
After Locking/Unlocking the doors, the door status will be checked and updated. This takes around 6 seconds.
