Touch the
Audio & Radios
Button to display the Audio & Radios Screen.
2)
Touch the COM1/COM2 frequency button to display the COM1/COM2 Standby Screen.
3)
Use the keypad to select the desired frequency.
4)
Touch the
Enter
Button to accept the new frequency as the COM1/COM2 standby frequency; or touch the
XFER
Button to accept the new frequency as the COM1/COM2 active frequency and transfer the previously
active frequency to the standby frequency.
Selecting a COM frequency using the GDU Controller:
1)
On the GDU Controller, press the
COM/NAV
Button to display the COM/NAV Window on the PFD.
2)
Turn the large
PFD
Knob to move the cursor to the
SOURCE
field.
3)
Turn either
PFD
Knob to select the desired COM.
4)
Press the
ENT
Key or the small
PFD
Knob to accept the selection and move the cursor to the
STBY
frequency
field.
5)
Turn the small
PFD
Knob one click to activate the editing cursor (flashing).
6)
Turn the large and small
PFD
knobs to select the frequency (Large knob increases/decreases MHz; Small knob
increases/decreases kHz)
7)
Press the
ENT
Key or the small
PFD
Knob to accept the selection and move the cursor to the
XFER?
field.
8)
Press the
ENT
Key or the small
PFD
Knob to accept the new frequency as the COM1/COM2 active frequency
and transfer the previously active frequency to the standby frequency
