Description
[TX Power]
When using more than one fish finder with the same frequency, in
close proximity, interference can occur. To reduce the interference,
the offending ships contact one another to request reduction of TX
power. To stop transmission set this item to [Off]. In the [Auto] set-
ting, TX power is automatically reduced so that the bottom echo is
displayed correctly. [Auto] is available when [TX Mode] is set to
[TruEcho CHIRP].
Note:
The [Auto] setting automatically adjusts the gain. If neces-
sary, readjust the gain to display the bottom echo, etc. properly.
[TX Mode]
Operative when [Auto Chirp] (below) is set to [Off]. In normal oper-
ation turn on [TruEcho CHIRP]. For deeper detection, click [Nor-
mal]. However the resolution is lower when using [Normal].
Note:
Whenever the mode is changed, the [Freq Control] setting is
returned to the default setting.
[Auto Chirp]
Operative when [TX Mode] is set to [TruEchoCHIRP]. [On] auto-
matically selects the optimum chirp width. The detection range is
longer, however the resolution decreases.
