How to set the alarms
To set the conditions for each alarm, do the following:
1. Click the [Advanced Settings] icon (
) from the InstantAccess bar™, then click
the [Advanced Settings] icon (
) to show the [Advanced Settings] window.
2. Click the [Alarm] menu to show the [Alarm] menu (right-side of the window).
3. Refer to the table below to set the alarms.
Menu item
Description
[Bottom]
Set the bottom starting depth ([From]) and bottom span range [Span]
for the depth alarm. The distance set here is measured from the loca-
tion of the transducer face.
[Fish (Normal)]
Set the starting depth ([From]) and span range [Span] for the fish alarm.
The distance set here is measured from the location of the transducer
face.
[Fish (B/L)]
Set the starting depth ([From]) and span range [Span] for the bottom
fish alarm. The distance set here is measured from the location of the
transducer face.
[Fish Level]
Set the echo strength at which the fish alarms are triggered. This set-
ting is for both the [Fish Alarm] and the [Bottom Fish Alarm].
• [Weak]: Echoes stronger than light blue trigger the alarm.
• [Medium]: Echoes stronger than yellow trigger the alarm.
• [Strong]: Echoes stronger than red trigger the alarm.
