Quick Loader

INSTALLATION

The Quick loader is pre-installed in FEI factory. No special adjustment
is needed only the loading rod was uninstalled for transport.

Unpack the lead glass lid.

Remove four screws holding the cover of the loading rod
feedthrough.

Use the same screws to attach the loading rod to the loader
chamber.

Loading position

The load / unload position is preset from factory. If a calibration is
needed, run the alignment
