2.13.4 Delayed programme
Allows you to cook at the desired time, either in manual mode or in recipe mode.
 Select the delayed programme icon. First select the desired start time.

Select cooking in recipe mode (chef's hat icon) or manual mode (hand
icon).
 If you select Recipe Mode , you must select the desired recipe.
 If you select Manual Mode , you can choose the desired oven parameters
(Temperature, Humidity, Time, Fan Speed).
As soon as the desired parameters have been set and the settings are validated with the
OK button, the countdown begins.
The oven cannot be used when a delayed programme is in progress.
2.13.5 Delta
This option allows you to select the desired Delta value by turning and pressing the knob.
2.13.6 HACCP
In order to comply with the current HACCP legislation, the oven stores all operating data
while the oven is in use.
The oven stores working mode, humidity, TC and TN data every minute.
This data can be displayed on the screen or downloaded to an external device via USB.
When this option is selected, the period to be downloaded is requested.
By default, data for the last 30 days is downloaded.
 Start Date and Time. By default: current date and current time -30
days. It
is not possible to select a date earlier than this.
 End Date and Time. By default: current date and current time. It is not
possible
to select a date later than this.
Press OK to download the data to the USB. The progress of the download
process is displayed. Press Settings /Back or Discard to return to the
previous screen.
