The table must be secured on the floor or wall to prevent it from moving.
The Manipulator installation surface should have a flatness of 0.5 mm or less and an
inclination of 0.5 ° or less. If the flatness of the installation surface is improper, the base
may be damaged or the robot may not fully show its performance.
When using a leveler to adjust the height of the base table, use a screw with M16 diameter.

When using the Manipulator in the cleanroom, follow the steps below before the installation.
(1)
Unpack the Manipulator outside of the cleanroom.
(2)
Secure the Manipulator to delivery equipment such as a pallet with bolts so that the
Manipulator does not fall over.
(3)
Wipe off the dust on the Manipulator with a little alcohol or distilled water on a lint-
free cloth.
(4)
Transport the Manipulator into the cleanroom.
(5)
Secure the Manipulator to the base table.
