Replace and remount
the concerned
part(s).

*Engine and controller division check
Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed normally
with the engine alone?

*Retract check
During the test printing, does the 2ND BTR ASSY retract ?
• Check the operation of the BTR CAM SOLENOID from the rear side.
Go to step 4.

*BTR CAM CLUTCH mounting check
Is the BTR CAM CLUTCH mounted properly?
Go to step 5.
Remount the BTR
CAM CLUTCH.

*BTR CAM ASSY shape check
Is the BTR CAM ASSY bent or distorted?
Remount the BTR
CAM CLUTCH.
Go to step 6.

*2ND BTR ASSY mounting check
Is the 2ND BTR ASSY mounted properly?
Go to step 7.
Remount
the 2ND BTR ASSY.

*TRANSFER ASSY mounting check
Is the TRANSFER ASSY mounted properly?
Got to step 8.
Remount the
TRANSFER ASSY.

*MCU PWB replacement check
Replace the the MCU PWB.
Does the problem still occur?
Go to FIP-2.35 Problem solved.

*BTR CAM SOLENOID check
Is the BTR CAM SOLENOID functioning properly?
• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Output Test device code “2E”.
Replace the MCU
PWB.
Go to FIP-2.24
