Replace and remount the
concerned part(s).
Go to step 2.

*SIZE SWITCH ASSY power supply check
Is there 5VDC between P16-28PIN <=> P16-27PIN?
Go to step 3.
Go to FIP-2.1

*REGI. Detection signal check
Is there proper voltage between P/J16-29PIN <=> P/J16-27PIN for each paper size?
• Check by switching paper size while referring to 7.1 “Paper Size Control” in Chapter 10.
Replace the MCU PWB.
Go to step 4.

*MAIN HARNESS ASSY continuity check
Is there proper continuity between J102 <=> J16?
Replace the SIZE SWITCH
ASSY.
Replace the MAIN
HARNESS ASSY.
