Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed
normally with the engine alone?

*TURN CHUTE SWITCH push-in check
Is the operation for the actuator of the TURN CHUTE COVER
is as follows?
When the
TURN CHUTE COVER
is closed, turn on the
TURN CHUTE SWITCH
.
When the
TURN CHUTE COVER
is opened, turn off the
TURN CHUTE SWITCH
.
With tool:
Go to step 4.
Without tool:
Go to step 5.
Replace the faulty
part(s).

*TURN CHUTE SWITCH check
Is the TURN CHUTE SWITCH functioning properly?
• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Input Test device code “84”.
Replace the MCU PWB. Go to step 5.

*TURN CHUTE SWITCH power check
Is the voltage between P109-2PIN <=> P109-3PIN 5VDC ?
Go to step 6.
Go to FIP-2.1

*TURN CHUTE HARNESS continuity check
Is there a proper continuity between J103 <=> J103A?
Replace the TURN
CHUTE SWITCH.
Replace the TURN
CHUTE HARNESS.
