Does the MAIN P/H FRAME ASSY turn smoothly?

Go to step 10.

Replacement of faulty
part(s).

*WASTE TONER BOX check

Does the rotor of the P/H MOTOR ASSY turn smoothly when the WASTE TONER BOX is
removed?

• Check by turning the rotor of the P/H MOTOR ASSY in the counterclockwise direction

with your hand.

Go to step 11.

Replace the WASTE
TONER BOX.

*FEED ROLL ASSY check

Does the FEED ROLL ASSY turn smoothly?

*Check by turning the rotor of the P/H MOTOR ASSY in the counterclockwise direction
with your hand after lowering the FEED SOLENOID armature and making the gears mesh.

Go to step 12.

Replace the faulty part(s)

*2ND BTR CAM ASSY check

Does the 2ND BTR CAM ASSY turn smoothly?

• Check by turning the rotor of the P/H MOTOR ASSY in the counterclockwise direction

with your hand with the FUSER ASSY, BELT CLEANER ASSY and 2ND BTR ASSY
removed.

Go to step 13.

Replace the faulty part(s)

*AUGER HIGH ASSY check

Does the AUGER HIGH ASSY turn smoothly?

• Check by turning the rotor of the P/H MOTOR ASSY in the counterclockwise direction

with your hand with the FUSER ASSY, BELT CLEANER ASSY and 2ND BTR ASSY
removed.

Replace the MCU PWB.

Replace the AUGER HIGH
