Replace and remount
the concerned part(s).

Go to step 2.

Is the printer securely grounded?

Go to step 3.

Properly ground the
printer.

Are there any devices, near the printer, which can cause the noise ?

Relocate the printer or
the device which can
cause the noise.

Go to step 4.

*LVPS check

Is the ground wire connected to the power switch/inlet of the LVPS fastened securely?

Go to step 5.

Fasten the ground
securely.

*BCR CONNECTOR ASSY check

Is the BCR CONNECTOR ASSY distorted, damaged or improperly mounted?

Go to step 6.

Remount/replace the
BCR CONNECTOR
ASSY.

*DEVE. CONTACT PLATE ASSY check

Is the DEVE. CONTACT PLATE ASSY distorted, damaged or improperly mounted?

Go to step 7.

Remount/replace the
DEVE. CONTACT PLATE
ASSY.

*2ND BTR ASSY check

Is there a proper continuity in the high voltage route inside the 2ND BTR ASSY?

Go to step 8.

Replace the 2ND BTR
ASSY.

*H/R HEATER, P/R HEATER check

Are the both ends of the H/R HEATER and P/R HEATER fastened securely?

Go to step 9.

Fasten the both ends
securely.

*DRUM CARTRIDGE replacement check

Replace with the properly functioning DRUM CARTRIDGE.

Does the problem still occur?

Go to step 10.

Problem solved.
