ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE

Confirmation : Confirm the gap of the Drum and the Magnet Roll.

11. Turn the target DEVELOPER ASSY clockwise to the location that you can
see from the lower left hole , let loose the inside screw (black, w/collar,
8mm) of the gap adjustment plate.
12. Turn the target DEVELOPER ASSY clockwise to the mounting position of
TONER CARTRIDGE , let loose the outside screw (black, w/collar, 8mm)
of the Magnet Roll gap adjustment plate.
13. Turn the target DEVELOPER ASSY clockwise until the notch of the DEVE.
CONTACT PLATE and the teeth of the DEVELOPER ASSY that removed
at steps 4 are in its horizontal position.
14. Move the over hung of the drum flange and the Magnet Roll while adjusting
for left or right the gap adjustment plate of the Magnet Roll, and secure the
right side screw of the turn screw.
15. After repeating steps 8 through 10 and measuring the regulation value,
turn the target DEVELOPER ASSY clockwise to the mounting position of
TONER CARTRIDGE, and secure the other screw of the gap adjustment
plate.
16. Return the printer to its original position, conduct a test print, and make
sure that printer operation and print quality is correct.
