P196-1PIN<=>J194-1PIN

J193-1PIN<=>J33-1PIN

Go to step 10.

Replace the MAIN
HARNESS ASSY.

*TOP COVER SWITCH continuity check

Is there a continuity between J195-1PIN <=> J195-2PIN when the contact is pushed and no
continuity when let go?

Go to step 11.

Replace the TOP
COVER SWITCH.

*TOP COVER ASSY tab check

Do the tabs of the TOP COVER ASSY securely push in the contact of the TOP COVER SWITCH
when the TOP COVER ASSY is mounted?

Go to step 12.

Replace the faulty
part(s).

*FRONT COVER SWITCH R continuity check

Is there continuity between the terminals of the FRONT COVER SWITCH R when the FRONT
COVER is closed and no continuity when it is open?

Go to step 13.

Replace the FRONT
COVER SWITCH R.

*FRONT COVER ASSY tab check

Do the tabs of the FRONT COVER ASSY securely push in the contact of the FRONT COVER
SWITCH R when the FRONT COVER ASSY is mounted?

Go to step 14.

Replace the faulty
part(s).

*MAIN HARNESS ASSY continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J116 <=> J18?

Go to step 15.

Replace the MAIN
HARNESS.

*MCU PWB replacement check

Replace with the properly functioning MCU PWB.

Does the problem still occur?

Replace the ROS
ASSY.

Problem solved.
