IPv4 Routing Protocol Configuration
show ip ospf neighbor
Use
this
command
to
display
the
state
of
communication
between
an
OSPF
router
and
its
neighbor
routers.
Syntax
show ip ospf neighbor
[
detail
] [
ip-address
] [
vlan
vlan-id
]
Parameters
Defaults
If
detail
is
not
specified,
summary
information
will
be
displayed.
If
ip
‐
address
is
not
specified,
OSPF
neighbors
will
be
displayed
for
all
IP
addresses
configured
for
routing.
If
vlan
‐
id
is
not
specified,
OSPF
neighbors
will
be
displayed
for
all
VLANs
configured
for
routing.
Mode
Any
router
mode.

how
to

the
show
ospf
neighbor

Neighbor’s router ID of the OSPF neighbor.
Pri
Neighbor’s priority over this interface.
State
Neighbor’s OSPF communication state.
Dead-Int
Interval (in seconds) this router will wait without receiving a Hello packet from a
neighbor before declaring the neighbor is down.
Address
Neighbor’s IP address.
Interface
Neighbor’s interface (VLAN).
