An alarm is stopped and the alarm message in the display disappears when a 0 is re-
ceived by the object
“
Alarm input 1/ 2 / 3 / 4 / 5”.
The alarm can be acknowledged by touching the alarm message in the display. The
message then disappears. What will be sent when acknowledging an alam, is set by
the parameter “object value for alarm acknowledgement“ in the in the ETS
“
General
settings” menu.

Activate the
“
Transfer parameters” function for the alarm under
“
General settings” in
the ETS. Then set the alarm action in the appearing menu.

The menu is code-protected when access code 2 is activated.
You can activate/deactivate the
blinking background lighting
and
alarm sound
by
pressing in the
Alarm 1 - 5
menu as well as set and change the
Alarm text
using an
input keyboard with text input field. Make sure that the text you enter is as short and
precise as possible. The display alarm text is limited to 15 characters.
Confirm your settings by pressing the
OK
button.
