Starting, shutting down, restarting, and rebooting
You can leave the E-36A and the printer running all the time. Restarting the E-36A resets the E-36A system software,
but does not reboot the entire system. Network access to the E-36A is temporarily interrupted and all currently
processing jobs are terminated.
To start or shut down the E-36A when power synchronization is ON

Unless instructed otherwise by a troubleshooting procedure, always use the procedures in this
section to shut down the E-36A. Do not use the power button on the Fiery QuickTouch to shut
down the E-36A.
Remember that when the E-36A is powered off, network access to the printer is interrupted.
Always obtain permission from the network administrator before you take the E-36A off the
network.
