This alarm message is generated if battery voltage is less than 20 V or 10 V, respectively (see also
the following table). In this case, the power pack does not detect an internal battery and does
charge the internal battery (see the following page for flow chart).
           
Version H Voltage greater than 20 V
Version I Voltage greater than 10 V
