Delayed sending enables you to start transmission at a specifi ed time. You can store up to
64 delayed sending jobs.

Place the original on the platen glass or
load it in the ADF.

Press [SEND].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <FAX> or <I-
FAX>, then press [OK].

If you are specifying destinations registered in
Address Book, you can skip this step.

Open the one-touch panel.

Press [Delayed TX].

Enter the time you want to start sending
using – [numeric keys], then press
[OK].
Enter the time in 24-hour/military time format.
Enter all the numbers, including zeros.

Specify the destination.

If <CONFIRM FAX NO.> in <ACCESS TO DEST.> in
<SYSTEM SETTINGS> is set to <ON> and you
specify a fax number using – [numeric keys],
you must enter the fax number again for
confi rmation. Enter the same fax number you
entered in step 7, then press [OK].
