Chapter 10: Troubleshooting
Viewing a Report from OPAS
The ASUS Storage subsystem comes with One Plug Auto Service (OPAS).
OPAS automatically saves a comprehensive system profile and diagnostic report
as a text file when you plug a USB stick in one of the USB ports on the ASUS
Storage controller.
To view an OPAS report on the ASUS Storage:
1. Plug a USB stick into one of the USB ports on the ASUS Storage controller.

3. Plug the USB stick into one of the USB ports on your PC.
4. Open the root folder of the USB stick and copy the file
subinfo_xxxxxxxxxx.log
to the PC desktop or a convenient location.
