group, the call may continue to wait (queue) for an available
station in the group. If queued, the call may be sent to a UCD
announcement when the queue period exceeds the Queue to the
1st announcement Timer. If the timer is set to 0, the call will
receive the full first announcement prior to the hunting process
(guaranteed announcement).
