Timing Parameter Commands
The following table lists the commands available for pulse and data
ports. The commands are available at port, terminal, and connector
level.
Command (Link to detailed description)
Description
“:PULSe:DELay” on page 185
Sets the time from the start of the period to the first edge of the
pulse.
“:PULSe:DELay?” on page 186
Returns the delay value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:WIDTh” on page 191
Sets the width (duration) of the pulse.
“:PULSe:WIDTh?” on page 191
Returns the width value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:DELay:CYCLes” on page 186
Sets the delay in cycles, where one cycle corresponds to the
actual period/frequency valid for the specified generator output
connector.
“:PULSe:DELay:CYCLes?” on page 187
Returns the number of delay cycles.
“:PULSe:DELay:TIME” on page 188
Sets the delay in seconds.
“:PULSe:DELay:TIME?” on page 188
Returns the delay.
“:PULSe:DCYCle” on page 192
Sets the duty cycle of a repetitive pulse waveform.
“:PULSe:DCYCle?” on page 192
Returns the duty cycle value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:HOLD” on page 193
Sets width or duty cycle to hold.
“:PULSe:HOLD?” on page 193
Returns the hold parameter valid for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:TRANsition[:LEADing]” on page 194
Sets the leading edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:TRANsition[:LEADing]?” on page 195
Returns the leading edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:TRANsition:TRAiling” on page 195
Sets the trailing edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:TRANsition:TRAiling?” on page 196
Returns the trailing edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:TRANsition:CAConfiguration[:LEADing]” on page 197
Sets the additional leading edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector, when channel addition mode is active.
“:PULSe:TRANsition:CAConfiguration[:LEADing]?” on page 198
Returns the additional leading edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector, when channel addition mode is active.
“:PULSe:TRANsition:CAConfiguration:TRAiling” on page 199
Sets the trailing edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:PULSe:TRANsition:CAConfiguration:TRAiling?” on page 200
Returns the additional trailing edge value for the specified
port/terminal/connector when channel addition mode is active.
“:MUX” on page 201
SetS the frequency multiply factor for the specified
port/terminal/connector.
“:MUX?” on page 201
Returns the current frequency multiply factor (MUX factor) for
the specified port/terminal/connector.
