Serial impedance value.

Specifies a serial impedance on the specified analyzer input connector. 

The reset value is 0. 

For electronic devices that are not able to drive a 50-Ohm input, an 

additional serial resistor is used. The specified value is taken into 

account to calculate the corresponding threshold.
