Hold type
Hold types are shown below.

Measure with no hold. This is normal comparison judgement.
When “CompTiming” is “WithinSection”, use display value and compare always.
When “CompTiming” is “EndOfSection”, use final display value and compare.
Peak hold
Hold the maxmum value of the section.
If plus over occurs, it is not hold. When the value has returned from plus over, hold the value as the maximum.
Bottom hold
Hold the minimum value of the section.
If minus over occurs, it is not hold. When the value has returned from minus over, hold the value as the minimum.
