Releasing a Proof Print Job

To print the remaining copies of a proof print job:

PRINTER/NETWORK

Press the

tab.

SPECIAL

JOBS

In the Special Print Jobs screen, press

PROOF

JOBS

In the Proof Print Jobs screen, select the job or jobs you want to

release. The highlighted job is selected automatically.

Press

ELECT

to select a single print job for release or press

ELECT

to select all of the print jobs.
Press the

ELECT

button again to remove a print job from the list to be

released. Pressing

ELECT

a second time deselects all jobs on the

list.

Press

RELEASE

The Edit Proof Print Job screen opens.

Edit Proof Print Job Screen

The original number of copies selected to print, minus the proof print

copy, appears in

NUM

COPIES

. If necessary, change the number of

remaining copies using the numeric keypad.

10 Press

to send the remaining copies to print.
