5 Click the Sender tab to enter any other information you want to
include on the fax cover sheet in addition to the recipient data.

Enabling and Disabling the Fax Function
You can disable the fax function for security reasons. You can also enable
the fax function should the security risk that caused you to disable the
fax function be resolved.
To enable or disable the fax function:

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the Administration tab.
3 Click the Device subtab. The Device page opens.
4 Click the
General
link.
5 Under Options, click the down arrow on the
Fax
pull-down list box.
6 Select
Enable
or
Disable
to enable or disable the fax function
respectively.
7 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click
Save
to save your setting.
Alternatively, click
Reset
to reset all settings on this page to their
default values.
