9 The
Copier Model
field is automatically provided by the system.
Optionally, enter the
Copier Serial #
and
Equipment ID
numbers.
10 Enter the e-mail addresses of the intended recipients in the
To
and
Cc
fields. You can click the
Search
button to search for e-mail addresses
and you can enter more than one address in each field. Separate
addresses with a comma.
11 Select the
Meter information to be sent
by clicking on all of the checkboxes
for the types of metering you want.
12 Select the
Meter reporting frequency
from the list of radio buttons. You
can select only one frequency.
13 Double-click the date on the calendar to set the date and enter the
time for the first report in the text box beneath the calendar. The time
field uses a 24-hour clock.
14 Click
Save
to save the profile. You can reset all of the fields to their
previous values by clicking the
Reset
button. Clicking the
Back
button
returns you to the Profiles page without saving the profile.
Editing AMC Profiles
You must create an AMC profile before AMC readings can be gathered and
sent to a recipient. When you activate AMC and open the AMC subtab,
the first page displayed is the Operational Setup page, showing the
current active profile.
To edit an AMC profile:

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
AMC
subtab.
4 Click the
Operational Setup
link.
5 Click the
Edit
button to edit the current active profile,
OR
Click the
Profiles
link.
6 If you clicked the
Profiles
link, select the profile you want to edit by
clicking the checkbox to the left of the profile name.
7 Click the
Edit
button to edit the profile.
8 Enter or change the
Sender Name
and
Sender E-mail
address.
9 The
Copier Model
