Setting the Default Admin Login Timeout Interval
The default timeout period is 20 minutes. To change this:

Log in as the administrator.
2 Click the
Preferences
tab. The Preferences page opens.
3 Click the
Admin Login Timeout Period
drop-down menu and select the time
interval.
4 Click
Save
.
Setting Copier Preferences
The Copier Settings Page of the Device submenu allows you to set a
number of copier attributes.
Setting Up Auto Clear
Auto Clear
specifies when the copier LCD touch screen automatically
returns to the default display and settings.

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab.
4 Click the
Copier
subtab.
5 In the Copier Settings page, click the
Auto Clear Attribute
drop-down
menu.
6 Select a time interval between
15 seconds
and
150 seconds
(2.5 minutes).
At the end of the selected time, the copier LCD touch screen returns
to the default display and settings.
When you have finished setting copier attributes, you must turn the
copier off and then back on to apply your changes.
