If you cannot reboot using the preferred procedure:

PRINTER/NETWORK,

holding down the button for at least 10

seconds

START

. The controller reboots.

Warning! Do NOT reboot the controller unless absolutely necessary.

Any job currently being processed is lost during the rebooting

process.

Cannot View Job in TopAccessDocMon Print Queue

Problem Description

After submitting a job to print, there are several reasons why you may not

see the job in the print queue:

You have selected the wrong device.

The job is queued on the Windows print spooler.
