4 Select the delimiter from the drop-down menu.

Configuring Directory Services
To use other Lightweight Director Access Protocol (LDAP) directory
services available on your network, configure the service by following
these steps:
1
On the Administration tab, click the Address Book submenu.
2 Click the
Directory Services
link. The Directory Service Properties
page opens.
3 Click
New
to create a new directory service.
Click
Edit
to change an existing directory service.
Click
Delete
to remove a directory service.
Note: Consult your LDAP administrator for the LDAP configuration
details.
4 Enter the
Directory Service Name
for the desired address book.
5 Click
Use as default for contact searches
to make the directory service the
default address book that TopAccess searches for contacts. Selecting
this option enables the
Cache LDAP server entries
option.
6 If you want, click Cache LDAP server entries to cache the LDAP
address book locally. Then select a number of
day(s)
between refreshes
and the
Start Time
when the refresh will begin.
7 Select a
Protocol Version
, either
V1
or
V3
, by clicking the appropriate
radio button.
8 Enter the
Server IP Address
and
Port Number
.
9 Select SSL security by clicking the
SSL
checkbox to the right of the
Port Number
text box.
10 Optionally, enter a
Host Name
and
Domain Name
for the server into the
text boxes
11 Optionally, you can enter a
Search Base
,
User Name
, and
Password
, select
a
Search Timeout
and enter a
Maximum Number of Results
.
12 Select an
Autocompletion timeout
by selecting a time from the pull-down
list.
