GL-10x0 Administrator’s Guide

New Template Group

This dialog box opens as a full page if you click

New

on the Template

Groups page, or as a popup window if you click

New Group

on the New

Template page.
To define a group, you must give it a name. The other fields are optional.

Group No.:

enter a number for your new group (between 1 and 200).

If you do not provide a number, the next available group number will

be assigned.

Group Name:

enter a name for your new group (up to 11 characters).

Owner:

enter the name of the group owner (up to 20 characters).

E-mail Address:

enter the e-mail address to which error messages

should be sent (up to 90 characters).

Padlock symbol:

optionally, check

Password protect this group

to enable

the

Password

and

Confirm Password

fields.

New Password:

enter a password for the template (5 digits displayed

as asterisks).

Confirm Password:

enter the same password again.

Managing Scan Jobs

To determine the status of a scan job, you can view the various scan logs:

Current Jobs:

lists all scan jobs currently queued for processing

Scan Jobs Log:

lists completed scan jobs

Scan Message Log:

lists system messages related to the scan

function

Besides viewing these logs, you can delete scan jobs.

Viewing Current Scan Jobs

The Scan Jobs page displays the list of current scan jobs and provides

links to the scan jobs log and scan message log.
The Current Jobs list displays the

Status

, number of

Pages

Time

, and

Detail Status

for each scan job.
