GL-10x0 Administrator’s Guide

If the template is password-protected, the Password popup appears.

Enter the template password and click

. The Edit Template page

opens showing the current settings for the selected template.

Setting or Changing Passwords for Public Templates

You can set a template password on the New Template page when you

create the template.
To change the template password, use the Edit procedure. See

Editing

Public Templates

on page 259.

Deleting Public Templates

You can delete multiple templates in one operation provided they are not

password protected (do not have a padlock icon). The

Delete

button on the

Templates page is unavailable until you select at least one template.
You must delete password-protected templates one at a time.

On the Scan tab, click the Templates submenu.

If necessary, open the

Group

list box, and select the public group.

Select the template you want to delete.
