Create New File
to create an immediate backup of the information
in that section. Each data type is backed up independently.
If you previously created a backup file, TopAccess displays the
message,
An old backup file exists in the controller. Do
you want to replace it?
7 Click
OK
to delete the previous backup file and create a new backup
file. Click
Cancel
to use the previous backup file as it is.
The Backup File Information page opens. It displays the backup file
name (for example, TA20000330_083430.tmc) and the file size.
8 Click the
File Name
link to save a backup file to another location in
preparation for restoration. The File Download dialog box opens.
9 Click
Save this file to disk
and click
OK
.
10 In the Save As dialog box select the file location.
11 Click
Save
.
Restoring Files
Use the Restore feature to recover a backup of your address book,
templates, AMC profiles, or mailboxes from your client PC.

On the Administration tab, click the Maintenance submenu.
2 Click the
Restore
link.

3 Type the name(s) of the previously saved file(s) or click
Browse
to locate
the file(s).
