Note: If you experience any problems, you can use the filename
hyperlink to download the exported file. Right-click the filename
hyperlink and select
Save Target As...
(Internet Explorer) or
Save Link As...
(Netscape) from the drop-down menu.
Resetting Scan Counters
You must be logged in as an administrator to reset scan counts.
Note: You cannot reset the total scan counter.
1 Click the Counters tab.
2 Click the Scan submenu. TopAccess displays the scan counters for
each template group.
3 To reset the scan counter of a template group, check the checkbox
adjacent the group or click the heading button to select all the
template groups.
4 Click
Reset Counter
.
Automatic Meter Collection
Automatic Meter Collection (AMC) provides a means by which copy and
scan counters can be automatically gathered and sent to administrators
for tracking and management purposes. Enabling AMC enables a new
subtab on the Administration tab entitled AMC. Once you enable AMC,
you must go to the AMC subtab to set up the AMC function.
To enable or disable the AMC function:

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the Administrator Tab.
3 Click the Device subtab.
4 Click the
General
link.
5 Under the Options heading, click the down arrow on the
AMC
pull-
down list box.
6 Select
Enable
to enable the AMC feature or select
Disable
to disable the
AMC feature.
7 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click
Save
to save the change.
Alternatively, you can click
Reset
to reset all settings on this page to
their default values.
